How do I cancel my membership?
We've done our
best to keep Palacemoon on top in the business, but if you still wish to cancel,
click here
to cancel your membership. Please submit your cancelation form one or
two days before the expiration date. After your account is canceled you
may still use your current account until it expires. If you submit your
cancelation form on the due day, your request will only take effect on
the next expiration day.

I just paid for a membership, but I did not successfully create
my password and username.
Normally, when you completed your payment transaction at iBill, the
computer will automatically junp to the page where you need to create
your user name and password.(Note that user name should be less than 11
characters and password should be more than 5 characters). Meanwhile,
iBill will send you en Email with your subscription ID and transaction
number.
If you didn't create the account correctly, don't worry. Send an email to
pmquestion@yahoo.com
with your transaction number and subscription ID, as well as the username and password you'd like to use.
In case your payment didn't go through, you need to make sure you have
filled in all information correctly, including the right country name
and valid email address. Then try again. If you see a "Bank Decline"
message, you need to contact the bank.

For our privacy, your Palacemoon membership will be descretely billed by
"Noniland Group".

Will you mail anything to my home?
No. We don't collect any of your personal information such
as name, address or even email address!
Those information you used in paying membership were for verifying
your credit card or check by your own bank. And they were passed through
the billing company's secure system just once. We never keep
the information.

How much of my personal information is disclosed when using
your service?
None! Why should one give ones personal information
to view a web site ?! You even don't have to give us your email
address. The only requirement is that you are
a valid credit card holder (so you are 21 years of elder).

I just became member. What software do I need to watch the movies at Palacemoon?
All adult movies at Palacemoon
Club are in RealVideo(G2) format. You need to install RealPlayer 8.0 to
watch them. You can download the Basic version of RealPlayer 8.0, which
is free, at www.real.com/player. [This page prominently displays the retail "Plus" version of RealPlayer. To obtain the free "Basic" version, look for the RealPlayer 8 Basic link near the bottom of the page.]
[Latest update] RealNetwork has just changed their software's
name into "RealOne" from RealPlayer 8.0. You can still download a FREE
RealOne at http://www.real.com.
Make sure you find the "free player" to download. They try to sell you
a "14 days free trial version," but you need "the Free RealOne Player
Only."

tested watching the preview video clip, which is 56K quality. I am
wondering if you have better quality in your mmember movie section or
you only have Real Video 56K?
No, all of our member movies are coded in multiple-speed RealVideo 8.0
format, and served by the Real Player server so that you will receive
the highest quality video according to your connection speed. If you
are a broard-band user you will get at least 256K quality. In addition,
you may adjest the picture size by the "zoom" button on your
RealPlayer.

I input right login name and password but I still cannot get into the member's section. Why?
Palacemoon
uses cookie to authenticate member login, which eliminates the
transfering of plain-text password on every visit. When one closes
the window, our cookie will automatically be cleaned up. The browser
will sually procces the cookie so you don't need to do anything. In
case the cookie function is disabled in your browser, you can re-open
it by followings: in IE 5.0, open Tools, select Internet Options, enter
Security, select Customer Level, move down to Cookies, there are two
items, select Enable to both of them. Then you can click on OK button
twice to quit. If you are using IE 6.0, open Tools, select Internet
Options, enter Privacy, set it to Medium.
